Operational Efficiency Audits
Whether you use our services or not you should consider undergoing an operational efficiency audit at least
once a year. Tealinc, Ltd audits include an in-depth review of how your operation is currently working
and will identify areas that will help you improve your efficiencies.
Our checklist includes:
- Truck, rail, barge logistics and product transfer overview
- Review of product handling from and to the logistics vessel (e.g. railcar, barge or truck) to identify bottlenecks (infrastructure or process) in product handling
- Infrastructure audit in context of optimal product flow through your logistics system including but not limited to rail, product storage, processing and redistribution
- Audit of personnel involved with the operations and their management, tools and knowledge of the processes to identify potential areas of improvement
- Final report identifying areas that may be improved along with cost and benefit expectations
