Tealinc approach is solely as a consultant. We don’t add percentage fees (and cost) to the overall project. Our interest rests in providing the best guidance and management possible. We work with the connecting railroad or industry to insure a solid connection, design engineers to insure a workable design for our clients and we management the bid process from excavation to the final rail layout. All pricing is transparent so our client knows what they spend and where.
