Tealinc, Ltd uses the Uniform Railroad Costing System (“URCS”) provided by the Surface Transportation Board (“STB”) supported by known facts and quantifiable assumptions to determine railroad specific costs for customer select traffic segments.
Tealinc, Ltd will support Stand Alone Cost (“SAC”) cases but strongly advising legal assistance (which we can recommend) in filing SAC cases.
