Natalie Zimmerman

Congratulations to Natalie Zimmerman for winning one of two scholarships awarded by Tealinc, Ltd. in 2018. Natalie’s biography below showcases her excellence in both education and community involvement.

“I am a sophomore at Colorado School of Mines studying chemical & biological engineering. I am actively involved in many organizations on campus including the Navigators, The Wells Project, and Pre-Medical Society. I also volunteer at Lutheran Hospice center every week. I work as a resident assistant in one of the dorms and as a member of a research group that studies blood clotting mechanisms with micro fluidic devices. All of these activities are challenging and shaping me as I prepare for medical school. I plan to become a pediatric surgeon and work as a missionary doctor in underdeveloped countries. I want to use the education I have been blessed with to serve and heal people for the rest of my life. Thank you Tealinc for this support—I cannot say thank you enough.”
