Allixandria Masat

Congratulations to Allixandria Masat for winning one of two scholarships awarded by Tealinc, Ltd. in 2015. Allixandria’s biography below showcases her excellence in both education and community involvement.

“In May of 2014 I graduated from Central Catholic High School, a small school in Grand Island, Nebraska. I then decided to attend the University of Nebraska at Kearney to follow my dreams of becoming a Labor and Delivery Nurse. I have always been one to love and help children, so I knew I would fit perfectly as a nurse. The two main organizations I am involved in is the Health and Science Club and the Thompson Scholar community. I absolutely love life at Kearney and couldn’t see myself anywhere else.

I am currently working at a daycare and also at Texas Roadhouse as a waitress, but in a few months I will receive my CNA. This will help tremendously with nursing. Outside of school and work I love to run and read books. I also enjoy spending time with my family who have been through every up and down with me. I would like to thank Tealinc for giving me this wonderful opportunity. This was a true blessing!”
