Julie Mink

President

Julie Mink is President of Tealinc LLC (see press release) and is located in the Tealinc Elizabeth, Colorado office. Julie’s career at Tealinc includes positions as Vice President, Vice President Marketing and Administration, and Manager Value Creation. Julie’s tenure at Tealinc has spanned strategic and financial planning, project management,  direct customer sales and customer support, development, refinement and installation of the e-commerce program, formulation and execution of marketing strategies and development and refinement of the company’s extensive market database. Julie also has prior experience as a department manager in a regional retail store with a market capitalization of $8.5B.

Julie has over sixteen (16) years of direct experience creating value for Tealinc customers. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Metropolitan State College of Denver in Denver, CO. Julie’s leadership acumen, attention to detail, quality control and work ethic combined with her ability to anticipate customer requirements has contributed significantly to Tealinc’s rapid growth over the past several years and are key assets to Tealinc success. Julie has provided valuable insight to Darell Luther’s article in Pit & Quarry’s publication, “Simplifying The Selection of Aggregate Railcars.”

In 2017, Tealinc was selected out of 220 nominees as one of twenty North American rail industry nominees as a Progressive Railroading 2017 “Rising Star”. The magazine defines a Rising Star as someone under the age of 40 who has made, or is making, a positive impact on his or her company, organization, department or team, and is viewed by others — peers, colleagues, supervisors, clients or associates — as an up-and-coming leader in the railroad industry. In her spare time, Julie can be found enjoying an afternoon hike or bike ride, exploring the many wonders of Colorado and otherwise adventure-seeking with her husband and two daughters. Julie also enjoys time outside in her garden and Julie has recently become a novice on the pottery wheel.
